Rental Process

Our goal is to provide ease and convenience during some of the most memorable times of your life! Furnish your event with the latest styles and offer a 2 Elite experience, at an affordable price! Please read our Rental Policies below for important rental information and don't hesitate to contact us for questions. 

Begin Your Reservation

Confirming Availability

2 Elite Event Rentals services McDonough, Georgia and areas within a 15 mile radius of the city limits. 

 

Please browse our inventory for item availability. Payment for your rental items should be made at least THREE (3) days prior to the date of your event. We cannot commit to availability under this timeframe. 

 

Once you purchase your rental items from our online store, we will contact you via email and/or phone call within 24hrs to confirm the date and time you would like to rent your item and your pickup/delivery preferences.

 

We are generally able to accommodate all requests and strive to maintain ample stock but on the rare occurrence that we are unable to accommodate your quantity or event date/time, you will receive a full refund of your purchase. 

Rental Expectations

Rental Agreement

Each item rental is for a maximum of 1 day / 24hrs from pick up or delivery completion time. For rentals requiring keeping the items for multiple days, please contact us directly for a custom invoice order to be processed rather than purchasing 1 Day rentals on our website. 

Any fees acquired after purchase of your initial rental like unanticipated on-site set up, increasing the quantity of items rented, or late fees will be invoiced to the email on file and automatically charged to the original payment method used prior to the end of your rental reservation, or as soon as possible. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy 

All deposits and fees are nonrefundable. If any unforeseen circumstances arise and delivery is canceled by the customer, credit can be applied to use at a later date. If 2 Elite Events and Rentals are unable to deliver services and goods as promised, we will refund all monies within 48 business hours. 

Retrieve Your Items

Customer Pick Up / Drop Off

If you are able to pick up your items, you will be expected to return them in the condition they were provided within 24hrs from your pickup time. We will email you our pickup location after confirming your event rental date/time. 

 

We require that you come prepared to support the items in your vehicle with the necessary padding, straps/bungee cords to secure, or other safety items to prevent damage to the item or vehicle. 

Requests to pickup your items at our pickup location outside of our hours of operation can be arranged by request for an additional fee of $50 or 10% of the rental total, whichever is greater.

Retrieve Your Items

2 Elite Rental Delivery Service

2 Elite Event Rentals has a Flat delivery service fee of $59 for addresses within 15 miles of zip code 30253.  If mileage is between 15 miles to 25 miles from 30253 then there is a $75 delivery fee.

 

Item Return/Pick Up via our Delivery Service is available for an additional $25 if prior to 11 p.m.

Pickups required to taking place after 11 p.m. will be charged $75 or 10% of the rental total, whichever is greater. Pick-up fees are in addition to the standard delivery service fee.

 

Please allow a 2 hour window for delivery. If a specific arrival time is required, a $30 surcharge would be added to delivery. 

We offer Rental Set Up and Take Down Service as an add-on for a charge of $75.

 

Payment should be made in full 3 days prior to delivery date.

Return Your Items

Return Expectations

There is a minimal charge of $50 for rental returns one hour after the designated return time, and $10 each additional hour.

2 Elite Rentals Customer Support
  • By ordering from 2 Elite Event Rentals we maintain the right to charge the full value of any rental item that is not returned or not returned in the original condition which it was rented. We fully inspect and photograph our item between each rental to protect our customers and provide the best quality experience. 

  • For rentals beyond 1 day, please use the form on our Contact Us page to request a custom order invoice. We will then contact you to confirm your order details and share an invoice for payment via email 

  • We require customers purchase their rental items at least 3 days prior to your event date. It is encouraged to purchase even earlier if possible for the best availability. Rental purchases can be made up to 6 months prior to the event date.
